Everyone has to define a career he/ she wants to pursue so that can be well-prepare.
to get what they want it needs to understand the value of working itself.
we have to find what field we want to involve and for a profession. So some people may consider a big company as a good place to work and to get a high salary but some consider a small company with low salary but they are happy and enjoy the job. Actually it doesn’t have to be that way.
we need to make sure that we are capable of handling such a job description that we posses, so the salary will follow us. Because we have capability
and can give what company wants from us. This is the key of understanding a future career.
